Warcraft Version Switcher is a program developed by Ugge which allows users to switch Warcraft III versions. It includes 4 pre-saved versions. 1.20, 1.21, 1.22 and 1.23. Gamers prefer to switch mainly because of compatibility issues of patches in Warcraft III.

Configuration
Before anything else, make sure you configure properly your Warcraft III location under the WVS options menu. By the default installation method, the location of your Warcraft III folder is located at "C:\Progarm Files\Warcraft III" directory.

This includes 2 pre-saved versions. 1.23 and 1.24. The previous patches were not included on this package because those are already outdated and not safe to use for gaming purposes because of the issues in cheating particularly in DotA Allstars map. 1.24 package also contains DotA Allstars v6.61c in "Map/Download" which is compatible for 1.24 patch and beyond.
